YachtJobs.eu is a platform for connecting yacht and charter employers with crew candidates. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not submit false or misleading information, spam, or content that violates any applicable law.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job listings. YachtJobs.eu reserves the right to remove any listing that is inaccurate, inappropriate or does not comply with our guidelines. We do not guarantee that listings will result in successful hires.
YachtJobs.eu is a platform only. We are not an employer, recruitment agency or party to any employment contract between candidates and employers. All employment relationships are solely between the candidate and the employer.
Standard listings are provided free of charge. Featured and agency listings are subject to fees as described on the Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published.
All content on YachtJobs.eu, including design, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to YachtJobs.eu. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
YachtJobs.eu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or any indirect damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
